At GLOOWFACE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened skincare products (creams, serums, etc.)
- Digital products (e-books)
- Items marked as final sale
LED Face Mask Returns
Our GLOOWFACE LED Mask can be returned within 30 days if it is unused and in its original packaging. If the device is defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at: laffairisteshop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us at Contact@Gloowface.com.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
